Great idea works best with shoe/boot that lace, up so you can loosen the laces a bit to make space or those with open tops or those that mostly cover the toe area surrounds. Or [if boots] those that have adequate space around the ankle area. In the right type of shoe, I have found them very comfortable totally forget they're there. They stay in correct place very well are unnoticeable. If you are just starting out the lower ones are probably the best idea to start with as the larger [taller] ones do require adequate space in shoe depending on the shoe type as above.. Does feel good with that little extra height at times. Great idea really.
