Can I still order on Spartoo?

Yes! Home delivery is free so you can stay at home - Our partners also ensure that we comply with the directives of the authorities concerning the delivery of parcels. Delivery time might be 1 or 2 working days longer than usual, depending on the service of our transport partners - You can track your parcel on your customer account as per usual.

My order has been delivered to a pick-up point, but it's closed : what can I do?

If the pick-up point is closed and you can't collect your parcel, we advise that you contact our customer service. We can either cancel and refund your order, or send a new parcel to your home address if you prefer.

I want to return my parcel / order: how to do it?

Don't worry, you can register your return as usual. Returns are still free of charge. The return period has been extended to 100 days for more flexibility.
